Erythropoiesis is indispensable to recovery of the anemia. However, the mechanism of erythropoiesis has many questions. I study the mechanism of erythropoietin production and the search of the substance which promotes erythropoietin production.

It is reported that the erythropoietin participates in mechanism of cell protection. I study the interaction of erythropoietin production and autophagy induction as the cell protective function.

  • Regulation of erythropoietin production
  • The analysis of the host reaction in the trypanosoma infection animal
  • The influence of an oral chemical substance taken in which gives it to bile
acid metabolism of the enterobacterial flora
  • Development of the environmental pollution evaluation method by the drug metabolizing enzyme P450mRNA expression

Newly synthesized proteins are transported from ER to Golgi apparatus through the COPII transport vesicles. The failure of COPII vesicle formation causes the ER stress and then leads to ER stress-induced apoptosis. I study the mechanism of the COPII vesicle transport.
