博士は本学と学術交流協定を締結しているインドネシアのボゴール農科大学で講 師をされており、2011 年 3 月本学獣医学専攻(獣医病理学)で博士号を取得されて います。この度、本学の国際交流グループが開催する日本語弁論大会で特別講師と して招聘されました。この機会に、インドネシアで発生する重要な動物の感染症や 希少な野性動物の疾患について講義して頂くことになりました。

Indonesia is a Southeast Asian archipelago country which lies between Asian and Australian continents. Veterinary education in Indonesia was established more than a century ago and recently consists of 11 Veterinary Schools. Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bogor Agricultural University is the first ever Veterinary School in Indonesia. Brief introduction to Bogor Agricultural University and some important animal infectious with exotic animal diseases in Indonesia will also be made.
